By filing this appeal, the appellant has challenged the legality and propriety of judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 29.04.2004 passed by the Court of Special Judge, Session Judge, Jashpur in Special Case No. 33/2003.

Perused the report dated 22.01.2016 received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Surguja at Ambikapur, in which it has been mentioned that appellant Tarjan Kujur has been released from the jail on 18.12.2010 on remission.
