Appellant has preferred this appeal against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 10-7-2003 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Manendragarh, Distt. Korea whereby and whereunder learned trial Court has convicted the appellant under Sections 450 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo RI for 5 years and 7 years with fine of Rs. 1,000/- and Rs. 1,000/-, in default of payment of fine to further undergo R.I. for 5 months and 5 months respectively. Both the sentences are directed to run concurrently. 2.
A communication is received from the Distt. and Sessions Judge, Korea Baikunthpur vide Memo No. 920 dated 12-5-2015 annexing other documents whereby it is informed that appellant Prabhu @ Prem has been released from jail after serving entire sentence on 26-12-2008.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as the appellant has served entire sentence he does not contest this appeal on its merit. 4.
Even on perusal of the record of the trial Court, I do not see any illegality or impropriety in the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence to the present appellant.

Consequently, the appeal filed by the present appellant is dismissed for the reasons indicated above.
