Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue with regard to inclusion of the period of service rendered in SADA, Korba for the purposes of pensionary benefit has been considered by this Court in WP(S) No.4459 of 2014 (Narayan Prasad Dewangan Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and batch of petitions decided on 08.02.2016. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's case is also squarely covered by the same judgment.

Learned counsel for the Corporation does not dispute the legal position.
