1. Considering the fact that the previous demarcation made by the Revenue Inspector, Takhatpur on 12.02.2016 was set-aside by the Additional Collector, Bilaspur on 23.02.2017, but, thereafter, fresh demarcation has not been conducted despite the order passed by the Additional Collector, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Tahsildar, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur to conduct demarcation on the petitioner's application and complete the process of demarcation by finalising the demarcation report within a period of two months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order before the Tahsildar.
