Though the appellant/petitioner in person seeks for adjournment, we are not inclined to grant adjournment. The submission of the appellant is that the order passed by the learned Single Judge has not taken into consideration that the complaint filed by the petitioner was mainly on the aspect that while passing the order the concerned trial Court/revisional Court

has not duly adverted to the submissions based on certain judgments.

The writ petition was dismissed by learned Single Judge taking a view that the petitioner having not challenged the order passed by the Hon'ble Portfolio Judge on administrative side closing the case, no interference is called for. The view taken by the learned Court below does not warrant any interference. Appeal has no merit and it is dismissed as such.
