1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.145/2017, registered in Police

Station Bemetara District- Bemetara for offences under Section 420 of the IPC, Section 3 and 4 of the Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 and Section 10 of the C.G. Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005.

2. The applicants were employees/agents of Dreams Power Real Estate and Marketing Private Limited Company. One Smriti Ranjan Mahanti of District Dhenkanal, Orissa is the Director of the company. It is alleged that the applicants obtained deposits in the name of the Company and used to purchase land under some Chit Fund Scheme from the villagers. The Director Smriti Ranjan Mahanti has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, Bemetara on 05.08.2019 vide annexure A-5. The applicants seemed to be working for the Company, therefore, since the Director has already been granted anticipatory bail, the present applicants are entitled for grant of anticipatory bail.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose the bail application.

4. Considering the facts situation of the case, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on each of them executing a

personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with the following conditions:- (i) they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
