Learned State counsel submits that only two witnesses are remaining to be examined in the trial against the applicant. 2.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submit that specific direction be issued to the concerned trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of one month and has sought permission to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably, as far as practicable within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The applicant shall have liberty to file a
repeat application in case the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period.
