Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that final order has been passed and the Civil Suit No. 9-A/2015 has already been decided on 29.02.2016 and as such, the petition has now become infructuous. However, she prays for liberty to raise the grounds in appeal, if any, preferred by the petitioner.
