This writ petition has been filed for quashing of FIR, on 30-4-2014, however, during the pendency of writ petition, charge-sheet has been filed against the accused person and trial is in progress and it is stated at the Bar by the learned counsel for respondent No.3 that the case is fixed for final arguments. As such, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all such grounds, if any, in the pending trial. No order as to cost(s).
