1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file criminal complaint under Sections 156 (3) and 200 of the Cr.P.C.

2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition(criminal) is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.

4. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned after furnishing attested copy thereof.
