1. Mr. P.K. Tulsiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that petitioner, being a Sikh, has a right to enter into Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha, Jagdalpur for offering prayers and take part into other religious activities,

but he and his family members have been restrained by respondents No. 5 to 10 from entering into the Gurudwara premises, as such, appropriate direction be issued for allowing the petitioner to enter into the Gurudwara and for taking appropriate action against respondents No. 5 to 10.

Mr. Anish Tiwari, learned counsel for respondents No. 5 to 10, would submit that petitioner has not been expelled by respondents No. 5 to 10 from entering into the Gurudwara premises and he is at liberty to enter into the Gurudwara and offer his prayers and perform other religious activities. There is no bar and he and his family have not been restrained from entering into the Gurudwara.

3. The above-stated statement is placed on record.

4. At this stage, Mr. P.K. Tulsiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that on complaint being made by the petitioner to the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi, the matter has been inquired into by respondent No. 2 and his report has been filed along with the rejoinder in which his complaints have been found true and necessary recommendation has been

made by the Deputy Collector, Jagdalpur to the Superintendent of Police, Bastar.

5. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the S.P., Jagdalpur, Distt. Bastar which will be considered by him expeditiously in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
