2. This is an application for correction/modification of the order dated 6.1.2021 passed in MCRC No.7591/2020.

3. Since applicant No.2 Tilsai Rajwade had already filed MCRC No.666/2020, which was withdrawn before a Coordinate Bench

CRMP No. 70 of 2021 on 13.3.2020 and his subsequent MCRC No.7591/2020, wherein, he was applicant No.2, was also withdrawn on 29.10.2020 before another Coordinate Bench, his bail application was wrongly allowed in the final order dated 6.1.2021 passed in MCRC No.7591/2021.

4. In the above circumstances, the final order dated 6.1.2021 passed in MCRC No.7591/2020 be treated to have been passed in favour of applicant No.1 Sanjay Rajwade alone and not in favour of applicant No.2 Tilsai Rajwade, whose application was already withdrawn on 29.10.2020.

5. The CRMP stands disposed of.
