1. Heard.

2. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order of suspension dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure P/3).

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the State submits that the order of suspension has since been revoked.

4. Given the fact that the respondents have revoked the suspension order, the writ petition so far as substantial relief is concerned has rendered infructuous. In case, any further grievance of the petitioner survives so far as any other of his claim is concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the specific action, if any.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
