1. Without entering into the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition in its present form is not sustainable.

2. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of termination dated 01.12.2015. It appears that the petitioner has not preferred any appeal against the said order and has straightaway filed the writ petition before this Court after a period of 4 years.

3. At this juncture, the counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Appellate authority in accordance with the Rules governing the field.

-24. Reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the same before the Appellate authority under the Rules governing the field, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
