1. Learned counsel for the respondent at the outset submit that on 6.3.2019, Jila Panchayat, Bemetara, has passed an order granting benefit of revised pay-scale to the petitioner in terms of direction issued by this Court.

2. In view of the aforesaid order, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. The contempt petition is accordingly closed and the rule is discharged.

3. It is expected that actual financial benefit would soon accrue to the petitioner in his account.
