1) The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 11.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 191/2020 for offence under Section 302 of the IPC, registered at Police Station-Somni, District- Rajnandgaon (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application.

3) Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.is dismissed as withdrawn.
