1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to respondent No.3, which may be directed to be decided at the earliest.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to respondent No.3. If such a representation is made, respondent No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law on its own merit and take a decision after hearing the parties in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP No.5999/2005

(Hasan Khan and others v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 7.3.2011.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
