1. The petitioner in the present writ petition is assailing the order of transfer imposed about 1 1⁄2 years back i.e. on 12.08.2017. Vide the said order the petitioner stood transferred from Kanker to Narayanpur.

2. According to the petitioner, till date he has not complied with the order and has been repeatedly approaching the authorities by repeated representations for either recalling the order of transfer or posting him in a non-schedule area.

3. This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage, particularly when the impugned order under challenge is an order passed about 1 1⁄2 years back. Though this Court is reluctant to entertain the writ petition, would not by itself preclude the petitioner from approaching the

-2authorities for redressal of his grievance. It appears that the petitioner has made repeated representations for change of place of posting or cancellation of the transfer order. The respondent authorities till date has not taken a decision.

4. Given the said facts, let the respondents No.1 & 2 take an appropriate decision on the representations of the petitioner, which are pending consideration before the authorities, within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
