1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner died in harness on 24.09.1998, thereafter the petitioner has filed the application for compassionate appointment before the Executive Engineer PWD, Pendra which in turn was forwarded by Annexure P-5, letter dated 21.11.2019 to Superintendent Engineer, Pendra. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the application which has been forwarded may be considered sympathetically and the petitioner may be given compassionate

appointment.

3. Perused the documents.

4. Perusal of Annexure P-5, would show that the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has already been forwarded to Superintendent Engineer. In view of such facts, the Superintendent Engineer (Respondent No. 2) is directed to decide the same within a period of 60 days form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
