At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the subsequent developments, he has already approached the writ court by filing WPC 86/2021 and therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the review petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the Writ Court. With the aforesaid liberty the review petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
