1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the light of para 6 of the return filed by the State, this writ petition be disposed of.
2. Para 6 of the return filed by the State states as under:- "It is most respectfully submitted by the answering respondents (State) that, in the present the answering
respondent No. 5 has duly registered the F.I.R. (Annexure R/1) against the accused Hazi Amin Meman and filed charge sheet in accordance with law. It is also submitted that the investigation is still going on and upon finding evidence the respondents No. 6 & 7 would be arrested and charge sheet would be filed against them. It is also pertinent to submit herein that the answering respondents (State) have duly followed the direction of Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the matter of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of U.P."
