The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 29.11.2019, passed by the respondent No.2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that, the present writ petition would not be maintainable for the reason that the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy available of preferring an appeal under Section 246A of the Income Tax Act.
