1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Board of Revenue by order dated 29.12.2015 directed the Collector, Dhamtari to enquire into the matter, but it has not been done.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the Collector, Dhamtari, who will do the needful as per order of the Board of Revenue dated 29.12.2015.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
