Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State. 2.

While it is alleged that the order of termination from the post of Shiksha Karmi, Grade II after appointment was in violation of the principles of natural justice, the impugned order is speaking in nature that the Petitioner lacked teaching experience.

No copy of the advertisement has been brought on record. It is only been pleaded that the Petitioner was a post-graduate in Hindi with B.Ed qualification. There is no specific pleading that teaching experience was not required or that the Petitioner possessed the same.

The writ application is dismissed.
