The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.153/2020 registered at Police Station- Basna, District Mahasamund, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397, 459 & 120B of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw the same.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the application MCRC No.1047 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
