In the instant Writ Petition, the petitioner working under the respondents has retired from service with effect from July-2008. 2.
According to the petitioner, the petitioner while he was in service has not been granted the benefit of Kramonnati on having worked on a particular post for more than 10 years.

The petitioner it seems has not made any representation to the authorities in the department ventilating his grievance. 4.
Given the said facts, let the petitioner approach the respondent No.2 by making a detailed representation within a period of 2 weeks' from today and
on such representation being made, the respondent No.2 shall get the the service record of the petitioner verified and if it is found that the petitioner was entitled for the benefit of Kramonatti and he has not been given the same, let appropriate orders be passed extending the benefit to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of representation.
