1. The grievance in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner has retired from service on 31.08.2020 but till date he has not received any pensionary benefits from the respondents.

2. According to the petitioner, while he was in service on 01.06.2020, he was issued with a charge-sheet. Against which the petitioner

has submitted his reply, thereafter there has been no further development in the said charge-sheet also. No Enquiry Officer has till date been appointed, nor has the department taken any decision to hold an Enquiry against the petitioner.

3. According to the petitioner, as on date there is no such reason why the petitioner should not be entitled for the pensionary benefits and if not at-least anticipatory pension be released which he is otherwise entitled for under the Rules governing the field. The petitioner has already approached the respondents in this regard but till date no formal decision has been taken by the authorities.

4. Given the said fact, let the respondents No. 1, 2 & 4 take all necessary steps in ensuring that the petitioner's pension be finalised at the earliest or atleast anticipatory pension be released at the earliest, and as regards his other retiral dues are concerned, the same shall be also considered by the authorities concerned and a decision be taken in this regard within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
