1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.1064/2019, registered at Police Station City Kotwali Raigarh, District Raigarh for offence punishable under Section 376 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has allegedly committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix for a period of six months on promise to

MCRCA No. 102 of 2020 marry, even though, he is already a married man.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their submissions and gone through the record.
