Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present contempt petition, an order has been passed by the authority in the matter of consideration of petitioner's case for promotion. 2.

In view of subsequent events, this contempt petition is disposed off with liberty to revive, in case, the petitioner asserts that order of the Court has not been complied with.
