The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

10.2 That this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/writs to respondents

authority to recover the minor missing daughter of petitioner and further to arrest the respondent No.5.

10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, Shri Ashish Tiwari, the learned counsel representing the Respondent-State submits that after proper investigation, the whereabouts of the detenue has been traced out and she is now put in the Balika Bal Grih, Nutan Chowk, Sarkanda, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

The factual position is conceded by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, who submits that the matter is not pressed in view of the developments as aforesaid.
