1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that lease granted to the petitioner for fishing will expire on 30th June, 2018 and by way of the interim order he has done fishing
in the said pond. In view of that, the matter may be disposed of.
2. Learned counsel for private respondents disputes the factum of fishing by the petitioner.
