2. This petition has been filed for restoration of CRMP No. 2457/2018, which was dismissed in default by this Court vide order dated 04.01.2019.

3. For the reasons assigned in the application for restoration of the said petition, I am inclined to allow the same.

4. Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed and CRMP No. 2457/2018 is restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
