1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking advantage of the observations made in the impugned order the suit land was got demarcated in presence of the parties, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition as the suit land has already been demarcated and report has been submitted before the trial Court.
2. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition. The trial Court is at liberty to consider the demarcation report in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through Email and Fax.
