08.02.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WPS No. 7083/2018 which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 27.10.2018.

For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC stands allowed and WPS No. 7083/2018 shall be restored to its original number subject to the applicant paying cost of Rs.500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 and furnishing the receipt of the same to the Registry of this Court within a period of 7 days from today.
