1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid salary

for the period from January, 2013 to June, 2013 for which petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the Collector, Balodabazar, and the Collector, Balodabazar be directed to consider and decide the same.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Balodabazar within four weeks from today and the Collector, Balodabazar is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the dated of receipt of representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
