Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made complaint to the Deputy Registrar against the appointment made by authorized officer and the enquiry to this effect has also been concluded but the Deputy Registrar did not take any action on the enquiry report submitted by enquiry officer. 2.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 - Deputy Registrar is directed to consider the enquiry report submitted by the enquiry officer and pass reasoned and speaking order in accordance with expeditiously.
