1. The counsel for the applicant submits that the main defaults pointed out by the Registry had already been removed within time, however due to inadvertent, the default of the certified copy not being produced, could not be rectified and in the process the writ petition got dismissed by virtue of the peremptory order passed by this Court.
2. The counsel for the applicant submits that the said default of the non-filing of the certified copy shall also be now rectified within a period of 10 days time and prays for the restoration of the writ petition.
3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances and the submissions rendered by the counsel for the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for restoring the writ petition has been made out.
4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The writ petition (i.e. WPL No. 147/2019) stands restored to its original number, subject to the applicant removing the default of the certified copy within a further period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
5. Let a copy of this order be made part to the record of WPL No. 147/2019.
