The writ application which is by way of a PIL will be treated as an application before the Principal Secretary, Health, Government of Chhattisgarh who will examine the grievances so raised therein and the need for setting up health

centre at Gram Panchayat - Teliapani Ledra, Block - Pandariya, District Kawardha (C.G.).

The decision in this regard ought to be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of production or communication of this order. 4.
