Usha Tondey Versus State Of Chhattisgarh 27.01.2021 The present MCC has been preferred seeking for modification of the order dated 14.01.2021 passed in WPS 5212/2020 wherein due to clerical error the District has been wrongly mentioned as 'Gariyaband' instead of 'Bilaspur' in the address of the respondent No.3 in the cause title. On due consideration the same stands allowed. The order dated 14.01.2021 passed in WPS 5212/2020 stands modified to the extent that District 'Gariyaband' mentioned in the cause title so far as respondent no.3 is concerned shall be read as 'Bilaspur' instead of Gariyaband.
