1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 666/2020 registered at Police Station Mahasamund, District Mahasamund, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324 read with Section 34 of IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application. However, he prays for direction to the trial Court to decide the regular bail application of the applicant

expeditiously in the event of his surrendering.
