Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. It is ordered as prayed for.

The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The applicant shall be at liberty to revive the application, in case, the trial against him is not concluded within six months.
