The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 17.09.2019. The direction was for canceling the order of attachment issued against the petitioner.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioner submits since a long time the petitioner herein is not responding to their calls and therefore it is presumed that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and he prayed for closing of the matter as of now with liberty to revive, in case if need so arises at a later stage. With the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition stands closed, with liberty to revive in case if need so arises at a later stage.
