The present MCC has been filed by the Applicants seeking modification of the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 4835/1997. 2.

The modification sought for is only to the extent of the presence of the counsel for the Respondents.

Counsel for the Applicants, Mr. Ghan Shyam Patel, submits that inadvertently his name has been reflected whereas he had assisted Mr. Abhishek Sinha, Advocate who had in fact argued the case on merits on behalf of the Respondents/Applicants. The said fact is not in dispute so far as the matter having been argued by Mr. Abhishek Sinha, Advocate, for the Respondents in Writ Petition No. 4835/1997 is concerned. 4.

Given the said fact, the MCC deserved to be and is accordingly allowed. The impugned order dated 22.11.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 4835/1997 stands modified to the extent that so far as the appearance of the Respondents therein are concerned, it shall be read as "Mr. Abhishek Sinha, Advocate, along with Mr. Ghan Shyam Patel, Advocate".
