There is prayer for correction of the date in the order dated 30.11.2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that due to inadvertent mistake and lack of proper communication, the date of hearing during trial was stated as 12.12.2017 whereas the trial was fixed on 13.12.2017.

Considering the said submission and the typographical correction sought in the bail order, I am inclined to allow the application for necessary correction and it is directed that in the order dated 30.11.2017 passed in M.Cr.C.A. No.540 of 2017 in place of "12.12.2017", wherever it occurred, it shall be read in substitution as "13.12.2017". 4.

The CRMP is accordingly disposed off.
