Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for proforma seniority with effect from 07.10.2008 for which he has also made representation before the respondent No. 3 on 02.06.2017 but it is pending consideration since then and has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
