1. Heard.

2. This petition is not directed against any specific order. Prayer is only for issuance of direction for expeditious disposal of the case concerned.

3. The petition has filed Civil Suit No.298/2018 praying for dissolution of marriage under Section 27 of the Christian Marriage Act. After the filing of suit on 3.5.2018, the proceeding in the case is still not concluded and the respondent side is making attempt to prolong the trial in the civil suit, therefore, issuance of direction is prayed for.

4. Considered on the submissions. Perused the documents filed along with the petition, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The
