Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Teacher in Shishu Shiksha Kendra, Chiranga, Block Lundra, District Surguja. Further, from March 2016 onwards, she is not being paid honorarium of Rs.400/ per month.

Considering the limited nature of relief claimed in the petition, it Is deemed appropriate that on petitioner's submitting representation within a period of 15 days from today, the respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation regarding claim for honorarium within a period of two months from the date of submission of representation. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order as opinion on the merits of the case.
