1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.249/2019, registered at Police Station Sakti, District Janjgir Champa for offence punishable under Sections 506-B, 323, 324, 307 and 147 of the IPC.

2. In course of hearing, it is informed that similarly placed co-accused Son Kunwar has been refused anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench in MCRCA No.111/2020, vide order dated 16.6.2020.

3. In view of the above, the present application for grant of anticipatory bail is also dismissed with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail.
