Agrawal Order On Board 19/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's class-10th mark-sheet is duly recognized by Government of India, which has not been considered and decided by respondent No.3, against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the respondent No.3 for redressal of his grievance. If such representation is filed by the petitioner to the respondent No.3, in that event respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same after making enquiry in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of filing of such the representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
