The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with a criminal case, against which petitioner has already filed a writ petition registered as WPCR No.941/2019, in which interim order against any coercive steps has been passed in his favour on 24.09.2019, which is still operating.

In the absence of any liberty granted in the said writ petition, this application, at this stage, is not maintainable without any liberty granted by the Court. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application at this stage, with liberty to move at an appropriate stage, with appropriate order.
